¡EVÍTESE UNA MULTA POR NO PRESENTAR LA DECLARACIÓN DEL VALOR DE SU PROPIEDAD!

Nuestro cantón ahora cuenta con mejores carreteras, mejores puentes, nuevos cordones de caño, alcantarillados y más aceras. Necesitamos de su ayuda para seguir construyendo el cantón que todos merecemos. Acérquese a la Municipalidad y realice su declaración voluntaria de Bienes Inmuebles.  Evítese un avalúo directo además de la aplicación de la multa por no presentar dicha declaración. Durante los meses de setiembre y octubre del presente año, se realiza el período masivo de declaración, en el Edificio Anexo (frente al Correo) donde gustosamente le ayudaremos a realizar la actualización del valor de su propiedad.

Recuerde que el artículo 10 de la Ley N° 9069. establece que se impondrá una multa a todo propietario (a) de bienes inmuebles que no presenten la declaración de bienes inmuebles como lo establece la Ley del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles (al menos una vez cada cinco años). La multa es equivalente al monto dejado de percibir por la Administración Tributaria Municipal por la no presentación de la declaración del valor de la propiedad.

Nuestro horario de atención es de lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. y además, se le atenderá los Sábados 20 de setiembre, 4 y 18 de octubre de 8:00am a 12:00 mediodía.

AVOID A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE DECLARATION OF THE VALUE OF YOUR PROPERTY!

Our county now has better roads, better bridges , sewers and more sidewalks. . We need your help to keep building the county we all deserve.  Visit our  Municipality and declare the  value of your property voluntary. Avoid direct assessment  by the city engineers,  in addition to the application of the penalty for not providing this statement. During the months of September and October this year, during the period you can declare in Annex Building in front of the Local Post Office of Escazu, where we will glad to help you to perform the update the value of your property.

Remember that Article 10 of Law No. 9069. Act provides that a fine be imposed on any owner (s) of real property which do not present the declaration of real property as established by the Law of Property Tax (at least once every five years). The penalty is equal to the amount not received by the Municipal Tax Administration for the failure to file the statement of the value of the property.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and also will be served Saturday September 20, 4 and 18 October 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
