Con la participación de tres grupos
internacionales que expondrán su arte folclórico, junto a decenas de grupos
nacionales y locales, Escazú se convierte - a partir de este sábado 29 de
noviembre – en la capital del folclor.
El Festival Internacional Folclórico 2014, organizado por la Municipalidad de Escazú, con el apoyo de la
Mesa de Danza Folclórica Escazuceña, desarrollará una serie de actividades,
entre las que se podrán disfrutar: exposición de artesanías, proyección de
documentales, actividades de tariama y
encuentros culturales con los diferentes grupos que nos visitan. Además,
todo un programa de extensión cultural en escuelas y colegios del cantón
de Escazú.
El año anterior miles de ciudadanos
de todo el país visitaron a diario Escazú, donde apreciaron el folclor local,
nacional e internacional, y este año no será la excepción. Durante una semana
completa, todos los días y todas las noches, ese cantón josefino se llenará de
música, bailes, exposiciones y talento.
